Long story short, the lady ran the red light. She kept saying sorry that she ran the red light. She said she doesn't have insurance but when the cops got there, she said she did have insurance. I later called her insurance to tell them what happened so I can get my car fixed ASAP but they said she's been avoiding their calls and emails. Finally after I think two weeks, she sends them a letter saying that her light was green when she passed the intersection. If I did not have the camera, I would have been stuck with the bill. The police report would have shown than she ran the red light but it would have taken even longer to get the issue resolved. She came into her insurance's office to tell them her light was green but they just showed her the video and it was handled. YOU NEED TO HAVE A DASH CAMERA IN YOUR CAR!!
