Members of the Calgary Fire Department and Canada Task Force 2 (Can-TF2) are ready to deploy a series of water pumps in the event of future flooding. The Calgary Fire Department and Can-TF2 purchased additional water pumps last year when Calgary experienced devastating floods. Staff were put through a series of exercises today to ensure pumps are ready to deploy and staff know how to properly use them in the event of future flooding.
